  • PROFACTOR® STANDARD full opening ball valves are used as lock valves on drinking water, household and industrial pipes, hot water supplies, compressed air heating, liquid hydrocarbon pipelines, as well as on process pipelines transporting fluids compatible with the valve’s materials. PROFACTOR® valves are recommended for installation on mainline pipelines.

    The modern, high-tech manufacture of PROFACTOR® brass ball valves, employing a multilevel quality control and testing system, means their maximum reliability and long service life are guaranteed. The ball valves are manufactured by hot forging of CW617N brass according to DIN EN 12165 using technology of annealing in induction furnace for improvement of intimate structure and stress-relief in the metal thus to significantly reduce the risk of crack initiation in ball valve during its service life. Design specifications of these products conform to European Standard EN 13828.

    For a better grip with sealing materials during installation, notches are provided on the outer connection thread of the taps.
    A self-locking stainless nut prevents the tap handle from loosening. The handle features a special sealing port.
    The taps are provided with two colored silicone caps to label hot and cold tapwater.

    BULL NECK®
    Increased thickness of the rod column ensures its maximum strength. The rod`s leak-tightness is ensured by a Teflon gland with a compression bushing.
    Increased wall thickness in the threading area ensures higher resistance to mechanical loads during tap installation and operation.

    THREE-WAY TAPS FOR AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINES

    A classic three-way tap model for automatic washing machines is part of the most demanded category of market products used when connecting domestic appliances to water supply systems.

    ANGLE CHROMIUM-PLATED TAP

    The Profactor® angled chromium-plated tap is intended for shutting off water flow between the pipeline and plumbing terminal devices (a mixer tap, shower cabin, toilet bowl, etc.) The working assembly of the tap is a rod featuring a rotary and closing mechanism that ensures the absolute reliability of flow shutoff.

    The angled shutoff tap is recommended for installation upstream of each terminal device. The exterior is another important characteristic of this item. A high-quality chromium coating allows it to be installed not only in concealed areas, where the plumbing fixtures are usually installed, but in visible places as well. The metal handle included in the design of the Profactor® angled tap ensures reliable usage throughout its service life.

    Installation and operation of this type of tap ensures safety in case of prolonged absence of the user from a residential house or a flat.
